Piece by piece, the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is getting closer to opening at the Magic Kingdom, and a big part of that was revealed on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, when Disney unveiled the logo.
This looks incredibly awesome to me, and it’s great to know that we are getting ever so much closer to the opening. Ever since Snow White’s Scary Adventures closed down, the Magic Kingdom has been lacking greatly in the true Disney classic.
There is still no word on soft opening dates, but it is expected for this Spring. The media preview is scheduled for the end of April and very beginning of May.
Rumors have swirled that soft openings will happen in either mid-April or right after the media preview with a grand opening coming in the second half of May. Nothing has been confirmed by Disney as far as an opening date goes, and we still only officially go off of “Spring 2014.”
With the press preview for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in place though, it seems only a matter of time until soft openings, annual passholder previews, Cast Member previews, and then eventually…the grand opening.
