The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is rolling along smoothly in its construction, and it is still set for an opening date of “2014,” but at least we now know there has been a lot of progress.
The Disney Parks Blog had a live chat on Monday with members of Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) that are working on both the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Princess Fairytale Hall.
There was a lot discussed in the chat on Monday, but some specific info was revealed about the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and here are the new things that we know.
~ Construction is at the point that a ride vehicle (mine cart) can be pulled or pushed through the entire track as a test.
~ The Mine Train has also been confirmed to have a height requirement of 38 inches. This is shorter than that of the three mountains at Magic Kingdom as per the WDW Height Requirement Levels.
