Well, we all knew it was coming and while Disney has not officially given word yet, it does appear as if Jedi Training Academy at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be going on a hiatus. It’s going to close soon and will reopen later this year as Jedi Training – Trials of the Temple.
Again, Disney has not given an official word on this for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but they did reveal it for Disneyland. Also, the version in Orlando has no daily times listed past Oct. 3, 2015, but Oct. 4, 2015 is rumored to be the final day in its current form.
It is going to undergo some changes and reopen later this year, but there is no word on when it will open exactly. It’s believed that Jedi Training will at least reopen by the time Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens opens in theaters on Dec. 18, 2015.
As Disney has reported for Disneyland, this is what is expected to come to Jedi Training at Walt Disney World as well:
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple – A twist on the Jedi Training experience will introduce new characters and a new villain from the popular Disney XD series, Star Wars Rebels
