There is a lot of movement happening with some character meet-and-greets in the coming months, and one is going to truly surprise a lot of people. It appears as if Flik from A Bug’s Life will be returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom for a meet-and-greet very soon.
A very reliable source has said that the current character schedule has Flik returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom at the beginning of October.
Duffy the Disney Bear is going to be leaving his gazebo in Epcot’s World Showcase, and his meet-and-greet is no longer going to exist. Daisy Duck will be leaving Disney’s Animal Kingdom to take his place at Epcot.
Duffy’s last day will either be Oct. 3 or Oct. 4, 2015.
Once Daisy leaves her spot at Discovery Island in Animal Kingdom, Flik is being said to replace her for meet-and-greets.
Flik has been retired from his place in Animal Kingdom since back in 2012 when Russell and Dug from Pixar’s Up returned to take his place.
Please remember that there is a lot of time between now and the beginning of October so it’s possible that things could change. Still, it’s interesting to see that Flik may finally be making his return.

I’ve been waiting all my life for this to happen!!!! Flik is my favorite character! I’ve missed him so much! He really should come back to Animal Kingdom! A Bug’s Life is my favorite movie too! Please they must bring him back! I really do want to meet him!
