It was recently revealed that the “Frozen” Summer Fun Live at Disney’s Hollywood Studios would be extended through September, with some minor alterations. Now, there are rumors going around that it could last a bit longer…well, at least the “Frozen” Sing-Along may be.
Yep, there are whispers that while all is supposed to end after Sept. 28, 2014, the “For the First Time in Forever: A ‘Frozen’ Sing-Along Celebration” will continue through the end of the year.
What’s being said is that the “Frozen” Sing-Along could end up moving into the American Idol Experience location inside Superstar Theatre. With American Idol now closing at the end of August, this would give Disney a month to change everything into a “Frozen” wonderland.
Now, while this is not confirmed at all, it is being strongly rumored now.
Also, the “Frozen” Sing-Along is really the only thing that is being talked about as continuing through the end of the year. It’s possible that Wandering oaken’s Trading Post (with snow and ice skating) could also continue, but who knows?
Let it be known that some sites are reporting that all of “Frozen Summer Fun Live” will be extended through the end of the year.
Well…that doesn’t really make much sense for the “summer” to be extended into the fall and winter. Fall officially arrives on Sept. 23, 2014.
Moving the “Frozen” Sing-Along to the middle of the park would be helpful to guests as well because it would be centrally located. Let’s not forget that in just a few days, the Superstar Theatre is going to be abandoned for a while anyway.
It will be interesting to see what parts of the “Frozen” hoopla are extended…if even any, for that matter. It would make sense considering the sheer popularity of it and not to mention that some may not have realized the “Frozen” Sing-Along was added to FASTPass+ reservations.
Now…we wait.
