Remember last year when the Hitchhiking Ghosts got their own Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom playing card for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party? Well, this year, it’s the turn of the Pirates as they are receiving their own frightening card at the Magic Kingdom.
Those attending this year’s MNSSHP will be able to pick up their unique Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card that has a ghostly pirate on board.
The special Sorcerer cards will only be available to those attending any of the parties. Guests must show their party ticket and event wristband to get their party pack with the special ticket.
This year’s card features the awesome Helmsman pirate from Pirates of the Caribbean and it’s officially called “The Pirate Helmsman’s Bombardment.”
Yes, it’s a Monster Spell as well.

In case you’re a Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom newbie, SOTMK is an in-park interactive experience that allows guests join Merlin in a quest to defeat a team of Disney villains who are scheming to take over the park. Guests use maps to search for villain’s lairs throughout the park. When they find a magic portal, guests use spell cards that each feature a different magical power to foil a villain’s plan. This complimentary experience begins in the Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A., where you can pick up everything you need to join in the fun.
