  1. Smh….there’s a reason for those rules you twits -___-‘ They better not sue…

    • They can’t sue. Every attractions just says keep all hands , arms, legs, and feet inside the vehicle. There is no room for sueing. Just an award for “stupid guest of the day”

  2. elizabeth says

this is pure stupidity dont u think? who votes for this dude to get the stupid award? i know i do

  3. Jonathan says

I work as a ride operator, not for Disney, but still, a part of the safety spiel I give probably over a hundred times a day is keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times, and still sometimes I have to verbally enforce this while the ride is cycling. People can be beyond stupid, and it angers me when people get hurt because of their own stupidity, far outside the control of the operator or the company, and sue. It was your own stupidity moron. Take responsibility for it. If he sues, it will only further show what is wrong with modern society.

  4. Just so everyone is aware: Reedy Creek Emergency Services exist because and for Walt Disney World. Today, they service a few other locations, but they were brought into existence during the development of WDW and continue to service mostly calls from WDW. This fellow likely knew very well the rules and dangers of the rides. Perhaps just a little lapse in judgement…
