Disney has lowered the minimum age restriction for unaccompanied minors to ride on Disney’s Magical Express.
In the past, guests had to at least be 16 years of age to ride on Disney’s Magical Express, but things do and always are subject to change.
To go along with the policies that most major airlines now use, the minimum age for unaccompanied minors on Disney’s Magical Express is now 12.
Now, Disney still makes this fact known for your Pre-Arrival:
Please make a reservation for Disney’s Magical Express when you make your Disney Resort hotel reservation online or over the phone. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
