The debut of the Disney “Festival of Fantasy” Parade took place on Sunday, March 9, 2014, and Doctor Disney was front and center in front of Cinderella Castle to catch it all. This is truly going to go down as one of the greatest parades in Disney history.
Yes, there are going to be complaints and such, but that’s bound to happen with anything.
Some will not be happy that Snow White (the original Disney Princess) is walking around instead of on a float. Others will not be happy that Aurora is nowhere to be found.
Sure, there’s a giant 53-foot Maleficent dragon, but Sleeping Beauty is nowhere to be found.
What you will enjoy though are Anna, Elsa, Tiana, Naveen, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, and so many more. Notice the awesome and unique touches here and there such as Flouder swimming around above Ariel or Dopey standing on the shoulders of Sneezy so that he’s tall enough to dance with Snow White.
