The time that everyone has been waiting for is here, and Free Disney Dining for 2013 has been released. As of now, the Free DDP is only for the dates of Sept. 2-25, 2013, and you must book by July 31, 2013.
For those wondering if it will be extended into the further fall and winter months, that is not known at this time. Last year, only late August and September were announced first. Later came October and November, and then even later came December.
There is a chance, but nothing is set in stone right now except for these September dates.
You must:
- Purchase a package that includes a minimum of three nights stay at a valid Disney Resort.
- A two-day base ticket must be purchased at a minimum.
- $200 deposit required; Final payment due 45 days from arrival date
- Disney Value Resort – Free Quick Service DDP
- Disney Moderate Resort – Free Basic DDP
- Disney Deluxe or Disney Villa – Free Basic DDP
Excluded from Free DDP:
- Little Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation Resort
- Three-bedroom Villas
- Campsites at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds
Upgrades can be done from Quick Service to Basic DDP for an extra $19 per night per adult and $3 per night per child. To go from Basic to Deluxe DDP, it is an extra $45 per night per adult and $20 per night per child.
