There has been so much going on lately with the Fantasyland Expansion in the Magic Kingdom that one would think the opening date is very close. We all hope, but until that date is announced, let’s revel in the new reveals that keep coming from Disney. That includes a giant statue of Gaston that has arrived in Belle’s Village.
Walt Disney Imagineering share the huge image and the Disney Parks Blog brought it to all of us. Click the image on the right or this link for a larger look at it.
Kind of cool looking isn’t it? Well, the statue will at least be able to be seen by select Annual Passholders in November when the preview happens.
The statue will be part of the Gaston fountain that you can see below, and it looks like it will be awesome. In the pic below, Gaston’s Tavern is on the left and Bonjour Gifts is on the right.
The Disney Parks Blog also announced that more Fantasyland news will be coming on Tuesday so stay tuned as Doctor Disney will bring it all to you.
