With all the excitement of the walls coming down around Dumbo 2 and the opening of the Casey Jr. Splash ‘N Soak Station yesterday, a lot of people didn’t realize that the brand new Winnie the Pooh meet-and-greet area opened as well.
Attached directly to The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, the new area is called A Place for friends To Meet. The first day was Friday, June 15, 2012 and only Winnie and Tigger made appearances, but Piglet and Eeyore are supposed to show up there as well.
This will now take the Hundred Acre Woods gang away from the exit of Splash Mountain where they have been showing up, and put Woody and Jessie back in their normal spots.
