Many women head out to Walt Disney World while pregnant or have a trip planned and end up becoming pregnant while waiting for their vacation to arrive. Expectant mothers sometimes get to the parks and see signs letting them know that it isn’t recommended they ride certain attractions.
That is when the disappointment sets in.
Here is some information that will help you be prepared for the rides and attractions that are not recommended for pregnant women. As always, make sure to check with your doctor before doing anything and get their recommended advice.
First off, the Walt Disney World website does state: “Walt Disney World Resort offers many shows and attractions that expectant mothers may not be able to experience. Be sure to consult the signage posted at each attraction—which includes height requirements, health and safety advisories, and accessibility guidelines. For information on attractions, entertainment and more that expectant mothers can enjoy at Walt Disney World Resort, please call (407) 939-5277.”
Here are the attractions at Walt Disney World that posted signs advise against pregnant women experiencing.
