  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • non-stick cooking spray

  • 2 cups blueberries or other seasonal berries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (diced)
  • whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

1.) Preheat oven to 350°

6.) Top the batter layer with evenly with your berries.

7.) Sprinkle the berries and batter with 1/2 cup of brown sugar and dot with some diced butter.

8.) Place dish into oven and bake for 50 minutes at 350°. You’ll know when all is done and ready when you insert a toothpick and it comes out perfectly clean, and bake it to a golden brown.

9.) Let your Artist Point berry cobbler cool to room temperature and serve to your liking. Make sure to put some extra berries around on the plate and you can top it with some vanilla ice cream of whipped topping.
