On May 27, 2017, Pandora – The World of Avatar will open in Disney’s Animal Kingdom for all to enjoy, but everyone has been wondering if there will be any early previews. Well, it now appears as if there will be at least one set of Annual Passholder previews coming very soon.

This morning, a couple of people reached out with info on possible AP preview dates for Pandora. There are reasons I say never to believe anything is concrete until Disney gives official word.
Three different Cast Members have reached out to me this afternoon to say this preview of Pandora may be hard to pull off since CMs working the new land aren’t being “pulled” until mid-April.
Again, these are POSSIBLE dates and not confirmed. As more info comes out, updates will follow.

While Disney has not officially said anything regarding any World of Avatar previews, it looks as if there will be two preview dates for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders:
- April 8, 2017
- April 9, 2017
Sign-ups for these dates have not yet started, but it is expected that those will begin very soon considering the dates are a mere two-and-a-half weeks away. Keep an eye on the “Special Events” page on the official website for Annual Passholders for any updated and confirmed news.
WDWNT is reporting that there will be a technology ban, of sorts, for those doing the preview of Pandora – The World of Avatar. Obviously, this would restrict Guests from taking pictures or videos of any kind while doing the preview.
Again, full details are not yet known.
Remember, Disney has not officially announced these dates and they could change or not happen at all. Any further information such as when sign-ups will begin, who is eligible, how long the preview will be, and any other such things…are not known at this time.
