For those that may not have seen, there was a serious accident on Walt Disney World property on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016. Here are some updated details.

Around 2 p.m. ET, there was a serious accident on the southbound side of World Drive which included an SUV taking out a road sign.
According to My News 13, two vehicles were traveling northbound (toward Magic Kingdom) and ended up crossing the median and the black Dodge Durango struck a guardrail and then a roadway sign. The sign, located near the exit for Epcot, ended up collapsing and falling across the street.
Florida Highway Patrol has stated that one person involved in the accident was taken to Celebration Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
For quite a while, vehicles were passing underneath the downed roadway sign before Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Reedy Creek Fire Department personnel responded to the scene. Traffic then began being diverted as the Southbound side of World Drive completely shut down.
The Disney bus system has been experiencing serious delays due to the accident so please allow extra time to get anywhere.
