For a long time now, there has been a demand and need for bus service between Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) and the Walt Disney World theme parks. Well, now there is going to be just that, but there are a few stipulations to it.
Starting on Aug. 28, 2016, there will be direct bus service from all Walt Disney World theme parks to Disney Springs from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. If the parks close early, the bus service will continue until at least two hours following their closing time.
Now, there is still no bus service from Disney Springs to any Walt Disney World theme parks whatsoever. So, if Guests take bus service from the parks to Disney Springs, they would need to bus back to a/their resort and then onto a park from there via another bus if need be.
