Remember the merchandise discount that Walt Disney World put on the bottom of Quick-Service receipts for a while? Well, it hasn’t been seen in some time, but it is now about to return…only there is a bit of a catch.
Beginning today, July 26, 2016, Guest will get a merchandise discount coupon by dining at select Quick-Service restaurants in Magic Kingdom. The main catch is that the discount coupon will only be for select stores at Disney Springs.
The merchandise coupons will be available in Magic Kingdom from July 26 through Sept. 4, 2016. Guests will be able to use them through Sept. 5, 2016, and then they will expire and be good no longer.
Here are the participating Magic Kingdom locations where the merchandise coupon will be given out on the receipt:

- Columbia Harbour House
- Cool Ship
- Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café

- Pinocchio Village Haus
- Pecos Bill’s Café
- Sleepy Hollow
- Storybook Treats
- Sunshine Tree Terrace
- Tomorrowland Terrace
- Village Fry Shop
The merchandise discount is for 10% at these Disney Springs locations:
- Disney’s Days of Christmas
- Disney’s Design a Tee
- Disney Pin Traders
- Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories
- Goofy’s Candy Company
- Marketplace Co-Op
- Marketplace Fun Finds
- Mickey’s Pantry
- Once Upon a Toy
- Tren-D
- World of Disney
There is another merchandise deal going on right now as well and it is strictly for Disney’s Days of Christmas at Disney Springs Marketplace, and it is for 15%. That coupon is available by shopping at or dining at these Disney Springs locations:

- Candy Cauldron
- Cirque du Soleil
- Exposition Park Food Trucks
- Star Wars Galactic Outpost
- Super Hero Headquarters
The merchandise discount is not good for DVDs and CDs, Gift Cards, and tickets. There may be some other items included on that exempt list, but check with Disney before attempting to purchase and it can not be used on top of any other discounts.
