An exact opening date is not yet known, but Paddlefish will indeed be the new name of the location at Disney Springs.

Paddlefish is a Levy Restaurant, and it will have a complete remodel throughout the entire location along with new theming, an outdoor bar, and a lounge up on the rooftop. Modern yachting will be the theme of the new restaurant.

A statement released by Levy Restaurants said that Fulton’s has been closed as it “undergoes a revitalizing bow to stern transformation that will exude an opulent and inviting atmosphere for guests.”

Paddlefish will serve seafood, steak, and chops with a menu that includes Maine lobster, lobster risotto, and much more.

Some of the popular items from Fulton’s will be coming back and that includes Queen crab, Alaska King crab, Florida Stone Crab, and lobster corn dogs.
