For those that have a hard time getting a reservation at Chef Mickey’s in Disney’s Contemporary Resort, there will be more opening coming your way soon. Chef Mickey’s will start serving brunch later this month, and provide even more dishes for you to enjoy.
Beginning on May 31, 2015, Chef Mickey’s will start on May 31, 2015, and it will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Here is the full dining schedule:
- Breakfast: 7 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Brunch: 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Per the Disney Parks Blog:
The popular restaurant, with the Monorail breezing by overhead, has been open for breakfast and dinner, and is one of the very best spots for an audience with Chef Mickey and his pals, who make a stop at each table during dining service.
For brunch, the menu of breakfast favorites expands with soup; salads including Caesar; seafood, fresh broccoli, antipasto, chicken and Caprese, and hot dishes such as barbecued ribs, seafood étouffée and baked salmon. (And, yes, the famous Mickey waffles are on the brunch menu.) The ice cream bar and Contemporary bakery sweets also will be part of the expansive buffet.
Brunch will count as one table-service credit on the Disney Dining Plan.
Reservations for brunch at Chef Mickey’s can start being made as of May 22, 2015, and you can do it via the Walt Disney World website or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.
