Starbucks is open on Main Street U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom and in Future World at Epcot. The location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is opening within the next couple of months. Two locations are open at Downtown Disney, but what about Disney’s Animal Kingdom?
Disney has not officially announced it yet, but some sources have said that the Starbucks at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is expected to open in early to mid-June of 2015. It’s also expected to be put in where the merchandise shop, Creature Comforts, currently stands.
Creature Comforts is set to close on January 5, 2015, for good.
The Starbucks at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the fourth theme park location as was expected and announced some time ago.
As with all three of the other Starbucks locations at the Disney World theme parks, it’s going to be in the perfect location for Guests. It’s located centrally in DAK and on a walkway that heads toward the Africa section, and it’s one that many Guests head to, upon park opening.
Guests need not worry about lack of merchandise due to the addition of Starbucks. Disney Outfitters, right across the street, is getting a huge expansion.
