Two brand new Disney winter discounts were released this morning, Oct. 6, 2014, for Disney Visa Cardholders. One is the Stay, Play, and Dine offer and the other is a Room-Only Discount. They’re currently only available with that Disney Visa, but will soon be made available to the general public.
It is expected that these winter discounts will be made available to the general public beginning on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2014. Remember, they are just for Disney Visa Cardholders at this time.
Here is how the Disney winter discounts are detailed.
The first is the Stay, Play, and Dine offer –
Booking Dates: Oct. 9, 2014 – Dec. 29, 2014
Travel Dates: Dec. 14-20, 2014, and Jan. 5 – March 7, 2015
Savings depend on which resort you choose.
– Value Resorts: Save up to $400
– Moderate Resorts: Save up to $600
– Deluxe Resorts: Save at least $600
The Disney Dining Plan included in this offer is the same plan that’s included in the Magic Your Way Package plus Dining, which includes one Table-Service meal, one Quick-Service meal and one snack, per person per package night. Regardless of the resort selected, the dining plan is the same.
Exclusions: Villas at Grand Floridian, Bay Lake Tower, Polynesian Villas (DVC) Rooms, Little Mermaid (i.e. Standard) rooms at Art of Animation Resort, campsites and 3-bedroom villas. As with all Disney promotional discounts, some resorts, room types and date combinations will not be available.
Another winter discount is a Room-Only offer –
Booking Dates: Must be booked by Dec. 29, 2014
Travel Dates: Jan. 5, 2015 – March 28, 2015

- Up to 30% off most Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resort rooms, except:
- Up to 20% off Animal Kingdom Lodge (Savanna View & Club Level), Animal Kingdom Villas
- Up to 10% off Deluxe resort suites
- Up to 20% off most Moderate resort rooms, except:
- Up to 15% off Port Orleans French Quarter (10% on weekends)
- Up to 10% off Coronado Springs Suites
- Up to 20% off most Value resort rooms (15% on weekends), except:
- Up to 15% off All-Star Movies (10% on weekends)
Tickets and dining options can be added on at additional costs.
