FASTPass+ pre-arrival reservations will be made available to non-resort Disney guests in future

Disney World FASTPass+Many have been wondering, and Disney has indeed revealed that pre-arrival FASTPass+ reservations will be made available to non-resort guests in the future. As of now, it is only for those staying at Walt Disney World Resorts or Annual Passholders, but that won’t always be the case.

“Day Guests” currently have the ability to make FASTPass+ reservations upon arriving in the park they wish to visit for the day, but not before. When the changes come in the future, they will be able to do all that before getting to the parks.

In all actuality, some Day Guests have already been selected for testing on pre-arrival FASTPasses, but it’s currently a random selection.

Now, Disney has not revealed just how in-depth the pre-arrival FASTPass+ reservations for Day Guests will be, but here is how it’s been worded at this time:

“(Day Guests) will have certain benefits, including reserving access to select attractions as well as designated viewing areas for select shows, parades and character meet-and-greet locations (via Disney FASTPass+ service).”

By the way it is worded, it appears as if Day Guests may have a limited amount of attractions to choose their FASTPass+ selections from.

There is also no word of Day Guests getting MagicBands, and they will still receive RFID-infused tickets.
