The dates for the 2013 Disney Parks Christmas Parade have now been announced and if you want to attend, you’re more than welcome to do so.
As always, the Christmas Parade will be open to the public and taped at Magic Kingdom. Filming will take place on Dec. 6-7, 2013.
Guests do not need to buy an extra ticket or spend anything to see the parade. All you’ve got to do is show up and find a spot to camp out in for a while and wait for it. Depending on where you’re sitting and where the television cameras are located, you could very well end up in the Christmas Day showing of the parade on television.
Last year, I got there quite early in the day and camped out in front of Cinderella Castle. The parade took a while to roll as a lot of taping was being done and musical acts were performing, but when it finally ran, it was great.
