New releases and dates coming for ‘Disney Infinity’ – Jack, Woody, Buzz, Sorcerer Mickey, Frozen, and more

The D23 Expo that went down a couple of weeks ago revealed a number of new characters, playsets, and more that will be coming for “Disney Infinity” in the next months. There were no release dates or specific information, but that has since changed.

Let it be known that the following release dates and locations are for the United States. European dates have yet to be officially announced.

Power Disc Series 2 – Can be pre-ordered online at Toys R’ Us and Disney Store

• Tron – available exclusively at Toys ‘R Us beginning on Sept. 7, 2013
• Power Disc Series 2 full set – Will be fully released by Nov. 26, 2013

“Toy Story” Figures

• Woody – Released on Oct. 1, 2013, and exclusively from Walmart, but then later to all stores
• Buzz Lightyear and Jessie “Toy Story in Space” playset – Released on Oct. 22, 2013 – Can be pre-ordered online at the Disney Store

“The Nightmare Before Christmas” figures

• Jack Skellington will hit store shelves on Oct. 5, 2013, exclusively at GameStop stores, but then later at all stores

“Frozen” figures

• Anna and Elsa “Frozen” playset – Released on Nov. 26, 2013, with power discs – Can be pre-ordered online at the Disney Store

Other figures

• Girl Power Pack featuring Vanellope, Rapunzel, and Violet – Out by holiday season 2013
• Phieas and Agent P – Out by holiday season 2013
• Sorcerer Mickey – Out by early 2014
